Terms of payment (direct booking) :

- 30% advance on the accommodation rate at reservation
- Balance of accommodation rate + service costs 1 month before the stay
- Deposit + tourist tax 1 week before stay

Cancellation policy :
​
Full refund if canceled up to 30 days before arrival. If you book less than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before arrival. After that, you will receive a 50% refund for cancellations up to seven days before arrival. If you wait any longer, you will not receive a refund.
