Booking conditions :
- Bookings possible via Airbnb, Booking, Abritel or via direct reservation tool
- Min. 3 nights (min. 2 nights only on Friday) - Min. 7 nights in high season
- 10% discount from 7 nights in low and mid season
- 15% discount from 14 nights
Payment conditions (direct booking) :
- 30% deposit on the accommodation rate upon reservation
- Balance of accommodation rate + service charge + tourist tax 2 weeks before stay
Cancellation conditions :
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before arrival. If you book less than 30 days before arrival, you will receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before arrival. After that, cancellations up to 7 days before arrival will receive a 50% refund. If you wait longer, you will not receive a refund.
